Toum Boom is a Jordanian shawarma truck in Anaheim, run by family from Jordan — with roots in Irbid, a city in the north known for its shawarma. The spices, the bread, the marinade, the toum — it's the whole thing the way it's actually made back home, not a version of it. If you've had shawarma in Jordan, you'll recognize the taste.
